The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) was created to find practical and lasting solutions to the most serious environmental problems. EDF understands that to achieve its mission, it must actively seek input and participation from all stakeholder communities, particularly those communities comprised of At-Risk populations. The goal of this project is to provide a baseline and understanding of where issues intersect with water challenges within Texas and, further, outlines key findings and defines action items moving forward.
