The Texas Land Conservation Conference, offers three days of training and workshops on topics geared for all types of public and private land and water conservation-related professionals and interested landowners. With several hundred attendees each year, this event is critical to the continued strength and integrity of the land conservation movement in Texas.

The Department of Rangeland, Wildlife and Fisheries Management and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service are holding the annual RWFM Stewardship Webinar Series this spring. 

This episode is all about songbirds! What challenges are they facing that we can address with habitat management, and what resources exist to help private land stewards help birds? 

Our intensive one-day workshops will teach landowners how to evaluate their property’s habitat and what options are available for wildlife management, including cost-share programs. Perhaps most importantly, we will connect landowners with local professionals who can walk alongside them as they steward and learn their lands. Join us as we paint a more complete picture of land stewardship in Texas by equipping small landowners to make a big impact!

The Ranch Management University is an intensive four-day event for new or inexperienced ranchers and landowners to learn about managing soils, forages, livestock and wildlife.
