This article is a comprehensive background and overview of the meeting last year including DoD challenges and priorities related to coastal resilience, REPI and OEA as tools, as well as exploring partnerships and projects with SERPPAS and state and local entities. Special thanks goes out to Shana Jones of the Georgia Sea Grant Legal Program and the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at UGA, for coauthoring the journal article, and Marissa McInnis and Mike Shaw for their input and feedback.
