Learn something new at the Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society’s Webinar series. The quarterly webinar series for the chapter features professionals, research, and initiatives relevant to our chapter. Registration is open to both TCTWS members and nonmembers. The series will follow a quarterly schedule and rotate themes throughout the year, giving listeners a peek into topics such as emerging technologies, career skill-building, partner highlights, and knowledge deep-dives.

Our speakers include: Daniel Price, Natural Resource Manager at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge; Richard Heilbrun, Wildlife Diversity Program Director for Texas Parks and Wildlife; Daniel Bunting, geospatial biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Science Applications Program; and Iliana Peña, a consultant with the Knobloch Family Foundation and former Director of Conservation for the Texas Wildlife Association. Our speakers will be sharing their experiences and offering advice for young wildlife biologists seeking jobs within the wildlife field.

Join us quarterly as we learn about what makes Texas wildlife stewardship excellent.  Each webinar is hosted virtually through Microsoft Teams.
