Explore the story of Texas through maps in the new NRI store
The Texas A&M Natural Resources Institute (NRI) is proud to announce the launch of its new online Map Store, offering public access to a curated collection of award-winning maps that showcase the people, places, and natural resources that define Texas.
Created by NRI’s expert geospatial analysis team, these maps go beyond traditional cartography. They blend scientific data, historical context, and compelling design to tell the story of Texas from a fresh perspective to educate, inspire, and inform.
“Every map is designed to be both beautiful and functional,” said Addie Smith, Geospatial Analyst for NRI, “but more importantly, each one carries meaning about the land we live on and the legacy we leave behind.”
Whether you're a researcher studying land trends, an educator enriching your classroom, a conservationist planning for the future, or a proud Texan interested in your state’s history and growth, the NRI Map Store has something for you.
