As a Research Technician, Ryan assists in the wildlife management activities at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis. His main focus is on invasive and endangered species management, specifically feral hogs.

Prior to joining the Institute, Ryan received his bachelor's in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in wildlife biology from Texas Tech University in 2023. While in college, Ryan worked for a quail research lab, Texas Tech Quail, studying quail ecology in the rolling plains of west Texas.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his dog Remington.
