He is responsible for planning and execution of environmental monitoring in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) natural resource compliance. As an instrument-rated commercial pilot, he assists NRI researchers with aerial wildlife surveys.
David has over 23 years of experience in environmental monitoring and compliance at DoD facilities.
