As a project manager, Chase supports complex natural and cultural resource projects through structured planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders. His work emphasizes operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and the integration of logistics analytics to support project delivery, compliance, and long-term program success. Prior to joining the Institute, he served more than 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Throughout his career, he led large-scale logistics and supply chain operations, overseeing demand planning, inventory management, and end-to-end distribution in mission-critical environments. His experience includes managing multimillion-dollar inventories, optimizing logistics systems, and applying analytical approaches to improve readiness, accountability, and operational performance.

Chase earned his BA in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Public University System. His academic background complements his professional experience, with a strong focus on logistics operations, systems analysis, and process improvement.
In his free time, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife and children exploring the Texas outdoors. An avid archer and bowhunter, he is passionate about conservation, archery, and introducing his kids to hunting, wildlife, and responsible outdoor stewardship.
