
Kelsey Davis
Project Specialist
kelsey.davis@ag.tamu.eduKelsey serves as a Project Specialist for the Camp Bullis Sentinel Landscape, Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP). She works with a group of partners focusing on protecting and conserving open space and agricultural lands, bolstering land stewardship and management, and thereby strengthening military readiness around Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis. Early in her career, she worked as a technician collecting rangeland ecosystem data in many states including Nebraska, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. After finishing graduate school, she worked as a wildland urban interface specialist in central Texas, a rangeland management specialist in New Mexico, and a NEPA specialist supporting USDA-RD projects in multiple US regions.
She earned a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology and Management from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys going on outdoor adventures where there is still no cell phone service, working toward personal health and fitness goals, and learning how to cook from scratch.
