
Kasia Kieleczawa

kasia.kieleczawa@ag.tamu.eduKasia serves as the Project Coordinator for the Natural and Cultural Resources Programs at Fort Irwin National Training Center in California. Her work focuses on coordinating efforts for the military to maintain compliance with federal environmental laws, particularly through surveys for threatened and endangered flora and fauna. She has primarily worked with threatened and endangered species around the country and has experience in lots of different environments. She has also participated in research projects that involve lab components, such as a genetic diversity study on greater prairie-chickens and the spread of malaria in the sub-Antarctic.
She earned a B.S. in Environmental Science with a concentration on Ecosystems from the University of New Hampshire.
Outside of work, Kasia enjoys hiking, reading, baking and traveling. She is currently working on visiting all the national parks and trying to learn to play piano.
